Bought one of your chimney umbrellas at Grand Designs 2014, this made a significant difference to the amount of rubble and draft I was experiencing in my front room (where original fire hearth had been replaced with a gas installation); however, our Victoria flue system is quite convoluted and the model I got wasn’t blocking everything. Saw you again at Grand Designs 2015 and got the new larger version of the chimney umbrella, I’m delighted to say that not only can this be positioned far lower in the chimney shaft it hasn’t let a single piece of debris come through since I installed it a week ago and their is no draught at all. Money well spent.

Hello Simon,
I want to thank you for all of your help with sorting out my draughty Dining room. The huge rise in temperature today means we are almost entirely draught free, which is quite an achievement with that huge chimney!
You have a great product but it is your sense of customer service, & generosity of spirit, which makes it an excellent one.
I wish you well for the future, & thankyou again.
Very best wishes,

Hi Simon,
I have been meaning to find your email and get back to you to say that we received the Chimella and it’s working great!
The once-drafty sitting room is now snug and not so howly / lonely sounding etc. Much warmer and we are very happy with the chimella. I have shown many neighbours and friends. It is a great invention and thanks for posting over so quickly.
Thanks again…!
